The bodyguard felt something was wrong by the way that Mu Lan's body tensed up.
"What's wrong?" He asked gently when he noticed her body was stiff.
"Do you have a wife, Ken?" She asked with a sad voice.
The bodyguard stiffened. "Yes, I have." The bodyguard's voice trembled a bit.
"Will you be happy if you know that your wife is pregnant?" Mu Lan asked tentatively. She felt comfortable having Ken around. She did not know why but she felt that she can trust him.
"Of course! There shouldn't be any husband who loves his wife that will not feel happy to know that he is going to have a child." the bodyguard was feeling emotional.
