Within a few minutes of keen wait, the royal guard returned back after finishing his assigned task. However, instead of the confused expression he had before, this time he had a sly smug when he darted a scornful glance at Noah who was biting his nails from anticipation.
"What did His Grace say?" Randall asked him first as his voice seemed quite impatient.
Still holding his smug, the royal guard shrugged his shoulder before he responded in a slightly rude tone, "Lord Knight, we are serving His Grace for such a long time, of course, we do know what we want! There's no way His Grace would permit such a nuisance when he is resting inside."
