[FLASHBACK: 21 years ago]
My playschool was only a small walking distance from my home. When I turned 7 this year, I assured my Mommy that she won't have to bother about bringing me back from school every day, of course, I can walk home alone! At least during that time, she can get some rest.
I have always seen her working endlessly in the day and night shifts…and sometimes she would come back home almost at dawn. Since I don't have a Father like other kids in my playschool, I was often bullied but to me…she is my everything.
Even though Mommy always refused to take me along with her to her workplace, just as she promised me, she always came back home after my endless waiting.
Even though sometimes, I would see her coming home with wounds and bruises on her pale skin.
She never showed me her pain, instead, she always acted cool with her smiling pretty face whenever I got worried.
