Feeling the soft graze of warm blankets over him, Noah exhaled a heavy sigh while he tucked himself to lie down comfortably. For a brief moment, he was enjoying the cozy embrace of the quilt, but as warm sunrays fell over his face, his deep slumber was interrupted.
But at that very moment, his senses retrieved almost immediately, making him wake up with a sudden jolt. Rolling his eyes while trying to view his surroundings, indeed, he found himself wrapped in a warm quilt and lying down on a giant cozy bed, with a big cushion tucked between both his legs.
Somehow the surroundings and the bed looked pretty familiar to him as he happened to sense some kind of deja vu.
"Did you sleep well?"
By that time, a gentle, familiar manly voice called him softly, which made Noah flinch again. Turning his head around, he realized why the surroundings felt familiar to him because it was Xanthus's room, and he was even sleeping soundly on his bed!
