Illay didn't respond to Xanthus's hoarse grumble, rather than peering his dark gaze on him. A mysterious small smirk sliced the corner of his lips, but without waiting for his answer, Xanthus decided to walk towards the direction where Noah and Randall were waiting for him.
Slightly limping with his blood-soaked leg, Xanthus lit up with a bright smile as soon as he saw a glance at them. However, before he could reach them closer, Noah couldn't contain his excitement anymore and jumped over the fence, to reach him inside the battleground.
Even Randall was shocked at his sudden excited attempt but before he could stop him, Noah hurriedly ran towards Xanthus. His teary ocean eyes were filled with concern for Xanthus, but his gaze didn't hide the proud feeling his heart felt when he watched him win.
