Randall gasped in shock to watch Xanthus smash the wine glass only with his fierce grip. Droplets of red blood started to ooze out of his palms as well as small pieces of glass were dug deeper into his skin. As much as he shuddered to meet his wrathful eyes, Randall panicked when he saw him injure himself all of a sudden!
"Y-Your Grace, you are bleeding!!?" Rolling his orbs, he tried to rush towards him but Xanthus lifted up his blood-soaked palm and stopped him from approaching further.
"This is nothing…compared to the scars I have buried inside me."
In an ice-cold voice, Xanthus snarled at him as he forbade him from showing any concern towards his wound. Even though blood droplets stained the floor down below, he showed no reaction to the injury and continued in a stern tone, "I had asked you something, didn't I?"
