The changes that occurred in the entire world had caused a lot of people to be desperate enough to do anything. Tricking other people seemed to be something that they were willing to do in order to be able to gain anything that could prolong their lives.
Because they couldn't return.

Even if they tried, they would only end up in the stomach of so many mutated beasts that had gone rampart.
"Let's go." Kyle glanced at the mini market nearby and then waved to Jake. They had more than enough supplies as of now, so they didn't have to take what belonged to others. Anyway, there will be more scavengers in the future and the limited supplies within that mini market should be enough for them.
There was no need for them to take everything.
Other people might need those more than them.
