"You should have raised a group of monsters that can drop the Proof of Legion, right?"
"That's right." Zhou Zhou was not surprised since this was very obvious.
Rob Allen took a deep breath.

Other than the fact that the five human empires all had official Empire-level armies, most of the other Kingdom-level Lord factions and lower-level human Lord factions were actually armies that had not been recognized by the Supreme Will.
The army they had was formed by the Lord gathering the soldiers under his command together. Then, the Lord gave them the name of the army.
This was a self-built army. It was not like having an official army formation with upgradeable army buffs and other army interface functions.
