The sky looked so bright when Ruby stepped out of the palace to go to Trigas City. After she gave three reasons to Matthew yesterday, her husband showed no more objection and immediately allowed Ruby to go with him.
"Your Majesty, are you sure you want to go with this shabby carriage?" asked Xylon after he saw the horse-drawn carriage brought by several soldiers towards Ruby.
The horse carriage actually still looked decent in Ruby's eyes. However, because the carriage lacked gold or jewels, it was deemed inappropriate for a noble like Ruby to use.
The only thing that could show that the carriage belonged to royalty was the Veritas symbol attached to the carriage.
"The people might think the palace has fallen into poverty if you use this horse-drawn carriage." Xylon exhaled. "How about using a more luxurious and comfortable horse-drawn carriage?"
"Sir Xylon, I think you don't understand."
