Along the way to the tent, Matthew didn't say a word. Nevertheless, Ruby could tell that her husband was feeling angry and preferred to remain silent so as not to hurt Ruby's feelings.
A cold wind blew through the forest, sending cold temperatures that made Ruby shiver.
The spiritual energy given by Matthew almost ran out, so the warmth in her body started to disappear. However, Ruby felt reluctant to ask Matthew for additional spiritual energy after seeing the man's cold face.
However, Ruby couldn't hide her body which started shivering coldly.
Suddenly, Matthew lifted Ruby higher and hugged her tightly. "Ruby, you must know I'm angry at you right now."
While hugging Matthew's neck, Ruby nodded slowly. Because Matthew never responded to her. Ruby patted Matthew's cheek, motioning for the man to look at her face.
