Hamon continued, "Since she is the suspect...The men's testimonies aren't enough to prove it to the people. She's so good at hiding her trails that it made it difficult to find any solid proof. So I ordered Merek to infiltrate the queen's residence and manipulate some evidence to prove our claim before I approach the king about it." He elaborated.
Ara's already frowned brows deepened at Hamon's words. She understood so well what Merona was trying to do. She wanted to make Hamon the bad guy in front of the people, so they'd hate him more! But Merek infiltrating her residence was dangerous. But she was sure Hamon had ordered Merek for a reason, and he had accepted the mission.
"So what happened to Merek now?" She questioned curiously.
"Well...He has been gone for two days, and since he isn't back yet. It means he has been caught, and his bloody clothes were sent this afternoon."
Her face darkened. There was only one possibility, "Does that mean he's dead?"
