Aselia knew punishment will be strict and she had been anticipating something along similar lines. There was going to be so much hostility against her and she would have to bear it all.
"I am ready for their punishments and humiliation but remember if anyone tried to sexually assault me, I will rip his or her head off. And they better remember my body only belongs to Xiran. Rest they can do whatever they want with me. I won't complain."
There was so much haughtiness and defiance in her words as she held her head high. An ironic smile adorned her lips and Aldridge remembered the threat Xiran had posted before leaving. He knew Xiran's threats were not empty.
Aldridge nodded and left after issuing his punishment but the hunters she had attacked wanted retribution too and she was about to feel their fury, they now thought of her as a traitor. For she had openly attacked them while enabling the enemy to escape.
