Notice: The city of Tarragon has received a lot of help and can sustain in reconstructing the city on its own. I have ordered Red to slowly diminish the undead summons as an influx of helpers comes from other places and other villages. It seems that the Sge Monarch will help compensate for the payment of the helpers as well.
(What happened really messed things up. Still, I'm impressed that the Sage Monarch is very active when it comes to helping the people of Repreus.)
