Worgenov read each letter and had his personal opinion on the matter. After he was done reading, he started by addressing them starting from the very first one.
"This is quite a read. There are a lot of stuff that I know we can easily agree upon with just my own words but some might require the approval of the other executives."

Worgenov began by addressing the request for the City of Tarragon.
"I know that the request for the City of Tarragon is only one thing but personally, I do not recommend opening another guild branch there. A guild branch is also in construction in a neighboring city just above theirs. It's just more resources to handle when the benefit is just an amplification of the existing one."
