Since I had told them anyway, I let Izzi and Zia stay when Angwi called for Doun and the twin guards to the lounge.
Might as well; made it easier for me to hand out the souvenir I got from the trip. I took out the boxes I had sorted out with Angwi's help, and laid them all above the rug in the middle of the room, as if we were having an indoor picnic.
Which wasn't so wrong with how many snacks I brought here. The pile of snacks, for now, had become Jade's bed as the little bird rolled around the packaging. If there was something crushed there, it was all this bird's fault.
The twin guards, Urhe and Arha, still stood by the door even though I told them this was a casual meeting. But they were still adamant about their guarding role, which reminded me of the Chief Guard back in the Lord Castle, Haikal.
