Following Dahlia waking up, the next few minutes weren't particularly spent productively. The girl continued to be responsive but out of it, and it took a fair number of minutes of coddling and cuddling before Valentina really regained her senses as well.
Bessie was there too of course, but she knew better than to directly intrude on the vampiress. The woman had been far too depressed and jittery earlier and so the maid figured she could afford to give the two a little bit of space. Despite holding herself back though, that didn't mean she wasn't involved, and instead was focussing more on ensuring Dahlia's comfort.
