“The doctor is here. Please take another look at her,” the prince told me before turning to give instruction to the doctor.
“Yes, Your Highness,” the doctor said humbly.
The older man approached me with a kind look in his eyes. I had no idea what he was about to do to me, so I started to feel uncomfortable.
“Don’t worry, dear. I’ll just do the basic checks. I’ll check your blood pressure, your eyes, and I’ll listen to your breathing using the stethoscope. Is that ok with you?” the doctor asked to ease my concerns.
“Yes…” I replied softly.
“Very well then, let’s get started…” the doctor said before proceeding to perform those checkups on me.
