"Finally after weeks, we have the chance to take a stroll in the town's streets again," said Vivian.
Lauren and Vivian walked down the streets at the part of town where there were small stores lined up on each side of the streets. Lauren felt bad about her session of nightmares last night and how Alec witnessed her breaking down, but she knew she would gain nothing if she kept on thinking about it, so she just set it aside and tried to erase it from her mind.
"Are your wounds fully healed now?" Vivian asked.
"The cuts on my legs are still visible but they will fully heal in a day or two," answered Lauren before they stopped at a store of women's accessories.
"Oh, this hairpin is nice! Look Lauren," Vivian showed her a silver hairpin with a flower stone.
Lauren smiled. "Yes, that looks good on you, Madame Locket."
