He told her that every Warrior at first couldn't use their Stats for long, but that after some time and after repeated training, their energy flowed more easily throughout their body, and so they consumed less mana.
And contrary to Mages, thanks to their tiers they body received permanent changes so most of their Stats could be used without even using mana.
But still, he was convinced that if Cassy kept practicing daily using her Stats, her body would also undergo some permanent changes.
Because as she would spread her energy daily throughout her body, everytime a little bit of her energy would stay in her bloodstream and that after some time it would have the same effect as tiers for Warriors.
At least that was what their instructors taught them during classes when they explained to them why each tier gave them more and more power.
