Fortunately, thanks to Angel, Jonas was feeling on top of his physical condition again and so he joined in the fun to seize that energy source.
Since he was closer and far more powerful than those magic beasts, he reached the bottom of the lake first and finally found the opening in the rocks that would lead him to that demonic energy source, because now he was certain that that was what it was all about.
He then deployed his formidable aura to let those magical beasts know that he had arrived first and most of them after sensing his threatening aura left in a hurry, moving away from him as quickly as possible.
However, there were still some that stubbornly continued to move towards him and so he couldn't avoid a fight.
