Apparently, the gift that his family had developed and that had always been the most powerful within him, making him the Flames' Master, was something that the Demons feared, and so he felt that it was his duty to teach the new generation how to create their bond with their flames.
This week and probably the next few weeks he planned to focus on that, and once most of his students had successfully bonded with their flames, he would separate the Mages from the Warriors since the things they could learn to do with their flames were a little different.
He would teach the Mages how to have a 100% success rate when they made magic pills and if any of them managed to evolve their flames, he would teach them how to make special pills.
