Samuel was really impressed by the way Glen and the other instructors at this Academy had focused their training program on group cohesion.
Normally, there were gifted students who outshone the others and who were entitled to all sorts of special treatment, and the other students were a little left behind, but not here.
Even the weaker students had found their place in a group and that motivated them to give their all as to not be a burden for their group.
As for the gifted students, far from feeling put down by having to continue training with Warriors less powerful than themselves, it also motivated them to become even stronger because they were the ones in charge of their group.
They were the ones who had to make sure that everyone came back safe and sound when they went hunting, and it was they, with the help of their instructors, who had to help the weakest among them to progress.
