This entrance was opposite to the one they had used so far, and they told her that it was because they wanted to go along the cliffs that marked the end of the Academy's territory to see if she could detect another secret cave.
They also told her that it was Glen's idea and that normally they were safe on this side of the forest because there were no magic beasts above level 5.
Cassy who had seen the cliffs from afar when they had gone to the entrance of the forest knew that they were way too far to go in a conventional way so she put her arms around Steven's neck giving him the tacit agreement to carry her to the cliffs, and when she was in his arms, she closed her eyes to avoid seeing the landscape passing by at full speed.
She then felt Steven's lips on hers and he said in a soft voice, "Cassy, my Cassy, I promise it will be quick, 20 minutes maximum, I'll tell you when once it's over."
