"V-valerio…" She stuttered.
"What are you doing here?" In a calm voice, Valerio asked, not at all surprised by the way she came into his office.
She always did so when they were together.
"I want to talk to you." Rose replied, her eyes filled with confidence.
"I'm not interested; I am busy. Please see yourself out." He responded to her in the most uninterested way, causing Everly to instantly cover her mouth slightly, preventing herself from cackling.
"Valerio, I know that you are still mad at me, but can you please hear me out? I beg you!" She pleaded, and Valerio took a deep breath.
He lifted his head and fixed his lazy gaze on her.
"Are you deaf?" He questioned, and Rose fluttered her eyes at him.
