"Why not? Valerio is his son, is he not?" Vincent questioned, and Nix turned around to face him.
"Yes, he is. But you should know that he has never really liked Valerio. I honestly doubt that he will be willing to give his blood to Valerio. He wants his downfall after all." Nix retaliated, and Vincent, who no longer knew what to say, rubbed his face in deep stress.
He looked at Valerio and walked over to sit on the bed beside him. "What happens if he doesn't get a blood donor?" He inquired.
Nix stared at him and sighed deeply. "He may…die." He replied.
"I see…" Vincent nodded and lowered his head.
Nix gazed at him, and his eyes fluttered in the next moment when he heard him begin to sob.
"Hey! Are you crying?" He questioned and quickly walked up to him.
