"Please follow me." Santino led them into the living room, where they halted immediately on seeing Vincent lying on the couch looking messed up.
The buttons of his shirt were all open, and his messed up hair covered his teary face, which was a result of him being sober throughout the whole night.
"Vincent…" Valerio mumbled, completely speechless and appalled.
To think Vincent would be this messed up. Just what could that old man have said to him?
He wondered and quickly rushed up to him.
He leaned down and with the use of his hand, he brushed his hair back so he could see his face.
"Vincent. Wake up." He tapped him on the cheek, but Vincent didn't move an inch.
"Vincent." He squatted down to his level and tucked his hair behind his ear.
