Valerio groaned tiredly and rubbed his face. "Am sorry…" He apologized to her and got down from the bed.
He walked off towards the bathroom, leaving Everly to stare at his fading silhouette.
She rapidly blinked her eyes in confusion, not sure about what had just happened.
Is he okay?
Why is he acting weird?
She wondered and climbed down from the bed.
She strolled towards the bathroom and turned the door handle to open it, but a bewildered look emerged on her face realizing that the door was locked from the inside.
"Valerio." She called, but no response came from him.
"Valerio, are you okay? Is everything alright?" She inquired, now really concerned about him.
[I am fine, Everly] Valerio responded from inside the bathroom, and she took a deep breath, still feeling that everything wasn't alright.
