"Shit! She clearly hates me!" He groaned in frustration and sighed deeply, recalling her smile that he never forgets.

"How do I explain it to her? Where do I begin?" He wondered. "Will she even give me a chance to talk?" He asked himself and sighed deeply, not even sure how to approach her and say something to her.
A few more minutes passed, and the door to the room opened.
Everly walked inside with a tray containing a plate of sandwiches and a cup of tea and dropped it on the table.
She walked towards the bed and reached out her hand for him.
"Come." She said to him, and reluctantly, Victor grabbed a hold of her hand.
