"I don't know." Nix shrugged. "He mentioned that he has been feeling like something terrible will happen. You know that feeling he gets sometimes?"
"Yeah." Valerio nodded.
"I talked to him, and I helped him calm down for a bit. I think he will be fine." Nix emotionlessly smiling.
Valerio grabbed his phone from the pocket of his coat. "Let me call him. I need to be sure he is okay."
He dialed his number and waited as it rang.
It ranged thoroughly, but Vincent didn't pick it up. He called him again, but he still didn't.
"He is not picking up." Valerio turned to Nix.
"Maybe he is sleeping or something. He looked pretty tired," Nix responded.
Valerio furrowed his brows, feeling a bit uneasy within him. "Nix, I feel skeptical. I feel like something is wrong. Are you sure that Vincent is okay?"
