[12:30 pm, the next day]
Done with his work at his hospital, Nix let out a deep breath of relief and stood up from his seat.
He adjusted his clothing and grabbed his bag. He fixed his glasses that were about to slip off his nose and looked at the screen of his phone.
"No response yet..." he sighed deeply.
He had sent a message to Vincent since calling him didn't work, but he didn't reply either. He would have gone to visit him in the morning, but he had a very important patient to treat, so he had to shift the schedule.
He exhaled and stuffed his phone into the pocket of his jacket. He exited the hospital and boarded his car.
He started the car's engine and drove off onto the road. Along the way, he dialed Valerio's number.

"Valerio, were you able to get a hold of Vincent?" He asked.
