Lancelot stood staring at him, and unable to believe that it was his twin in such a condition, he staggered back with a look of apparent shock on his face.
He furiously blinked his eyes and looked at Nix. "What happened—what happened to him?" He asked.
A soft breath fled Nix's nose, and without saying a word, he turned around. He left the room and shut the door, wanting to let them have a conversation.
Lancelot looked at Vincent and slowly walked to the bed. He sat down at the table and fixed his intent gaze on Vincent.
"What happened to you?" He asked.
Vincent kept silent, unable to find a way to tell him.
How could he tell him that their father did that to him? Lancelot had always followed their father blindly and did whatever he desired. He looked up to him too much and never had the mindset that their father would do anything wrong.
"I got into a car accident," Vincent said.
