Layana nodded. "Yes."
[How did you know about the problem I have with my son?] Lucius asked.
"I told you not to question me on that. I have no intention of telling you," Layana responded, her tone sounding a bit displeased.
[You are quite a stubborn lady]
"I know that." A soft smile emerged on Layana's face.
[Well, I will help you, but only for the sake of getting my son and daughter here] Lucius said after a few seconds of silence.
"Thank you, Mr. Lucius." Layana appreciated it and hung up the phone.
She took a deep breath and dialed Nix's number next.
[Hello] Nix's voice sounded from the other side of the phone.
"Hello, Mr. Nix. There is something that I like to talk to you about," Layana said, not wanting to waste his time at all.
