Everly sat in the room, her eyes looking around for any possible way in which she could flee.
A deep breath fled her nose, and she buried her face in her palms.
Wouldn't it have been better if she had died than to be in this sort of situation?
She wondered within herself and lifted her head.
She strolled toward the window, which had been fixed, and gazed at the blue sky.
"What do I do now?" She contemplated and turned around to return to the bed. But her attention was suddenly caught by something, and she looked behind the desk in the room to see her missing phone tossed in there.
"M-my phone!" She exclaimed in disbelief and rushed towards the table.
She shifted it aside so her hand could fit in and grabbed the phone.
She examined it and let out a deep whiff of relief.
"It's still fine." She smiled with hope glinting in her eyes and turned on the phone.
