"Huh?" Valerio, who thought he didn't hear her properly for a moment, asked, and realizing she had actually said her thought out loud, Everly rapidly blinked her lashes.
"Uh…" She stuttered. "I said nothing." She immediately stood to her feet and cleared her throat.
She proceeded to return to the bed, but recalling something, she instantly halted and turned around to look at Valerio.
"Is…everything okay?" Valerio, who couldn't understand why she was staring so intently at him, asked with a curious expression.
"Come and lie down on the bed." She said this to him with her head lowered.
"Huh?" Valerio crumpled his brows at her. "Why? I am fine right here." He shrugged, and Everly tightened her fist.
"It is not comfortable enough. A-also, it could hurt your bones. Please come and lie down on the bed." She explained.
