The orientation that Mitch did was very short and efficient since she wanted Tom to follow Amy and Maya right away because Amy sneaked out of the office and escaped from her bodyguards. Mitch gave all the urgent and important pointers to Tom hoping that Amy wouldn't fire him after a week just like what happened to all her driver-bodyguards after Dave got transferred and became the driver-bodyguard of her children.
"Tom please don't mess up and please be the last one that I will be orienting, I am very very tired of this. Imagine hiring someone and doing orientation every week. It's making me old, really," Mitch almost begged feeling really frustrated.
However, Tom is a referral from someone they trust and even though she had only talked to him for a short while, she felt at ease and trusted him already. As if they have known each other for a long time and she is trusting her gut on this one.
