Cane couldn't care less about the King's motives, since he had expected his journey to the south, even if it was not to confirm whether the woman was carrying his baby or not, the King must demand an explanation from him for executing the five alphas. More so, there were five packs without a leader now and Aeon needed to do something about it.
What concerned Cane was the people who would come with the King.
