"Father! I can't see anything!" Lady Cyan was frightened by the darkness that engulfed her, as black wisp entered her mouth and ears.
She dropped to her knees and then sobbed, while still trying to defend the barrier that they had created earlier to prevent themselves from being shredded by the monsters like the King.
"Father! I can't see anything! What happened to me?!" Panic washed over her whole being, as her whole body kept trembling.
"Shut up! Shut up!" Zeke barked at his daughter. He felt like she was a huge burden now, he hated when his people showed weakness. "Shut up or I will be the one who will kill you!"
This was not the first time for Cyan to hear her father talk to her harshly and curse without any scrupulousness.
Therefore, she knew better not to make him even more upset than he already was.
