Aria was having a difficulty to give birth to whatever monsters inside her stomach. She kept screaming for Dexter to end her suffering and take away the monster from inside her body.
"Take it out! Take it out! Take it out!" Aria screamed, her water broke, she was ready to give birth, but the baby didn't want to come out, instead, she felt like her organ was being chewed from inside. "Arrghh! Take this fucking monster out of my body!"
