While still appearing as dazed as a deer caught in the headlights, Matron Valentina for the first time stuttered in front of Afina.
"Y — your…" She was about to say something when Fionn the thief dumbly raised his voice and spouted nonsense yet again.
"Hello to you, the great Matron! I'm just a wretched man who happened to stumble upon the famous Blue but I will leave you beautiful women alone now and go my way." He slightly bent his head in respect which Afina was sure was as fake as his words.
Matron Valentina's countenance even stunned Afina the more. She looked like she had seen a ghost as Fionn the thief bowed.

Afina knew! The bastard must have formerly stolen or hoodwinked her in the past hence, she was this affected by seeing him and him, in a haste to run off.
