I was unhinged—all the emotion of the previous weeks, all the pent-up want, fear, and yearning since the wedding—seemed to come alive under my skin.
David gave a deep, guttural roar as he took me, then dropped, sliding hands and arms under me, curling me into him even as he pulled out, then thrust into me again.
There was no space between us. No air. We were one, and gladly. I was crying, but it was with joy as David touched me, took me, moved with me like I was something so precious…
He was everywhere—his hands following the lines of my body, his lips and tongue tasting my skin, his weight pressing me down into the bed, hips rolling, back arching… we touched everywhere, as if even our skins sought more.
I was trembling, but so was he. And with every touch, every stroke, every thrust, we coiled tighter together.
