"Owwwww!" One of the wolves howled from some distance before they pounced on Elliana.
Sebastian immediately became alert, rushing to Elliana, but stopped out of the wolf circle they had formed when he saw Elliana patting the wolf's fur and the wolf groveling at her foot, hitting her foot with its paws, talking in some hidden language that probably Elliana could understand.
As if the wolves remembered the presence of the vampire species when Sebastian neared them, the loud sounds of their growling and snarling echoed, and Vincenzo, who stepped out of the car, looked at Elliana warily.
This was one species that even he wouldn't want to mess with easily.
