"Did you have a proper rest?" Sebastian walked inside the hospital room, and Elliana turned to look towards the window, sighing in relief when she noticed both Leila and her mom were not there anymore.
"Yeah... I mean, the best I could," Elliana whispered, looking away from his intense gaze, and Sebastian smiled before walking to her and pecking her cheeks.
"Stupid girl. Why do you try to lie when you can't? You clearly went somewhere. The smell of your clothes says so. Have you lost touch with your own game?" Sebastian cupped her cheeks, looking into her eyes.
"Mr. Marino, you told me you would help me find my dad," Elliana said, and Sebastian hummed.
"Yes, I will. But it has a prerequisite," Sebastian whispered, brushing his knuckles on her lips.
