The sea was buzzing with its dormant strength as the setting sun spread its warm sunlight, making the sea shore look like sparkling gold.
Seagulls were hovering over the sand, singing sweet melodies which made the atmosphere in the beach vibrant.
The waves were drenching the sand, crawling gently to the shore and drenched the feet of the person who was walking there.
His large footprints kept washing away because of the waves and the young man continued to admire the beauty of the nature in front of his eyes.
He was wearing a knee length black shorts and a white shirt above his white t-shirt.
"Hey!! Are you even listening to me?"
Suddenly a sweet voice whispered in his ears and Cathain turned his head to look at pouting face behind him as he finally remembered the presence of someone on his back.
He stared at the girl behind him with his black eyes, his black hair gently swaying as the cold wind passed by.
Under the warm sunlight, she looked even more beautiful with her dark brown hair and ocean blue eyes.
"I am listening…"
Cathain replied guiltily as he didn't hear a single thing she has spoken till now and she furrowed her brows.
Milenka realized that he really didn't listen to her words and she grabbed his hair with anger.
"Ouch! Millie! Stop, we will fall down!!"
Cathain yelled as he struggled to maintain his balance but Milenka had no intension of stopping.
"Damn you! Cathain Dickhead!!"
"How dare you to ignore me!!"
"Let me teach you a lesson- aaah!!!"
Milenka couldn't finish her words as Cathain had failed to maintain his balance and both of them fall backwards.
He looked at the wide sky and sighed but then felt a slight push on his back.
"..."
Cathain instantly froze and gulped down his saliva for the upcoming storm with fear.
"Cathain Donavon… you bastard…"
Milenka, who was sandwiched between the ground and his back, spoke between her gritted teeth.
He immediately got up before extending his hands towards Milenka, who almost got buried in the sand because of his weight over her.
"Not my fault… I told you to stop moving,"
Cathain cleared up himself as he pulled up Milenka, who was fusing with anger but didn't know how to calm down.
But she still let him brush off the sand from her brown hair and white dress.
"So…what were you saying?"
Cathain asked as he slowly brushed her soft hair with his hands and she glared at him.
"Why should I tell you now?"
His movements slowed down before it stopped completely and he bent down to meet her eyes.
"Then I will take it as you have agreed to marry me according to our family's arrangement?"
Cathain spoke and Milenka's blue eyes widened with shock before a faint blush appeared on her cheeks.
"I didn't say that!! I won't marry someone this early!"
Milenka spoke and Cathain became speechless.
"Millie… You are dating me for two years! And you don't even admit me as your boyfriend… Don't you feel bad for keep me hanging like this?"
"WHO IS DATING YOU?! YOU ARE STILL UNDER CONSIDERATION!"

Cathain crossed his arms as he looked at the five foot four inch tall girl, who is dating him without taking any responsibility.
He is twenty six now and the girl in front of him is twenty two.
After a lot of begging and annoying his father every day, Ryan Donavon finally agreed to propose a marriage to Ethan Montogamy; Milenka's father.
Ethan didn't want to take decision for his daughter so he left this matter upon Milenka, who didn't disliked Cathain at that time.
Both of them got closer as Milenka started to learn how to run the business from Cathain and their chemistry developed naturally.
None of them proposed or confessed, even the status of their relationship is unknown.
But they enjoy each other's company.
They are more than friends but can't be considered as a couple either.
Because Cathain never tried to cross the boundaries, more like he was afraid to cross it.
The image of the silver haired girl with tearful jewel blue eyes would flash before him every time he had tried to get closer to Milenka.
Reminding him that, she is close to him now only because she doesn't remember the past between them.
Cathain's eyes suddenly turned painful and Milenka kept staring at his dark eyes.
The cold wind hit on them again and her white dress swayed beautifully as the sun almost sat down.
Her lips curved up a little before she parted them speak.
"Who are you thinking about?"
Cathain came out from his memories as Milenka's question caught him off guard.
He looked around a little bit to fix his emotions before replying.
"No-No one…"
But a sneer came out from her mouth as she averted her gaze from him and hanged her head down.
"I am not a fool, Cain… I know your gaze. You often become lost while looking at me like, you wasn't looking at me but searching for someone inside of me…"
Milenka spoke in one breath as she tried to hold back her tears.
She clenched her dress in her hands, before she finally decided to look at him again.
"I HATE YOU CAIN!"
Milenka yelled at him before she turned back to run in the opposite direction and Cathain just stood still.
Watching her to run away from him, as another image overlapped Milenka's image on his mind again.
'I will never forgive you, Cain… for killing me and… my child.'
Cold and indifferent jewel blue eyes flashed in his mind, and Cathain found himself to fall on his knees.
The images and memories of Eleanora kept repeating in his mind, and he felt himself surrounded by darkness again.
'I am sorry, Elle… I made you cry again...'

Cathain didn't know when and how he returned to their hotel room.
As he entered the room, his eyes fall on the sleeping figure of Milenka.
She was sleeping on her own bed as they always book double bed room.
Cathain shook his head with a deep sigh before he locked the door and took the hair dryer from the bathroom as she was sleeping with her wet hair.
'This girl… just when will she learn to take care of herself?'
As the hair dryer started to dry her hair, his eyes suddenly fall on her side profile with a gloomy look.
Their face was kind of similar, but their personality is polar opposite.
He has never seen her smile so brightly like Milenka.
She has never talk with him so care freely and she was never so happy like Milenka.
Cathain's heart ached and he felt like he was doing wrong with Milenka by still thinking about someone else, who is no longer here.
'She is right; I really seem to look for someone else in her;'
'My empress… whom might I never see again;'

The second timeline's Eleanora only had this first timeline's Eleanora's memories and they were not the same as the first timeline's Eleanora was trapped in Abyss.
For those who are reading Season 02 directly without reading the Season 01 can check out a few chapter's from that book to know about this story better.
