Lu Zhen looked at the slums where the houses were made of thatches that barely provided shelter from the rain, and the elderly residents all had despair-filled eyes as they remained in their see-through houses.
Only disabled children were there, talking among themselves in hushed whispers.
Every time Lu Zhen walked by, they bowed to him with respect in their eyes, even in their disabled state.
