In the afternoon, Jian Luo couldn't stay in the ward anymore.
Black Jack reluctantly let him sit in a wheelchair, taking him outside to enjoy the sunlight.
Thankfully this hospital is a private establishment, so it's not particularly crowded.
On the lawn, aside from the occasional passing nurse, there were only the two of them.
"Black Jack, I want some chocolate."
His mouth was full of the taste of medicine and for some reason, he started craving his chocolates.
"When you're better, I'll buy some for you."
He crouched in front of him, raising his hand to touch the wound on his forehead.
"Does it hurt?"
Jian Luo smiled faintly, "It doesn't hurt anymore. I just accidentally fell off the bed and hit the bedside table, it's a minor injury, no big deal."
"Do you think you're stupid or not?" Black Jack covered his hand with his own, the cold palm making Luo frown.
