Just as Xin Yan expected when the mist disappeared, Noah stood tall in his place with small cuts on his clothes while Xueyan was on the ground with a piece of her broken ice sword in her hands.
Xin Yan's eyes narrowed seeing a circular shield protecting Xueyan disappearing. After all she was a core disciple of the sect so it was reasonable for her to have defense treasures.
Despite the treasure protecting her life there were burn marks on her body which showed her flawless skin.
Noah did not seem to care about that at all and spoke.

Since Xin Yan did not have any killing intent behind the strike the treasure did not activate. Chen Xueyan coughed up blood as she collided with the ground.
