As Elias clashed with the three thugs, chaos erupted throughout the tavern. The bartender hurried to fetch the owner, and moments later, a middle-aged, portly man dressed decently enough appeared, leveling a double-barreled shotgun at Elias.
"Damn you for causing trouble in my place! Do you have a death wish? Do you know who I am..."
Just as he was about to fire, Elias's figure eerily appeared beside him, and with a swift strike of his cane, the shotgun's barrel was smashed, bending and twisting the metal.
"Ah?" The tavern owner stared at his now useless shotgun, his face turning pale as he realized he had provoked the wrong person.
He turned to run.
But as he took his first step, his hefty body eerily froze in place, completely immobile.
