The night slowly passed, the constellations fading as the brilliance that preceded the sun arrived.
"It's almost morning, let's go," Ossa announced to both the shadow wolves and Bel.
Over the course of the night, Bel was able to kill three more lemmings, bringing her total to four.
She could have taken out more if it weren't for Ossa interfering with her, sending out killing intents to scare off her targeted lemmings.
"I got only this..." Bel said with a sad expression, holding the four lemmings.
"Don't worry, you will do better tomorrow. You should get some rest; you look tired," Ossa said, hiding his smile behind his worry.
Bel nodded, yawning as she was tired both physically and mentally. They had hunted the whole night, as she wanted to catch all hundred that night.
A childish thought, as even the shadow wolves did not get that much, the highest catch being around twenty.
