It had all been a part of Henry's plan since the beginning. Lady Maria had informed him about Adrian's skill set once he called her following the explosions.
Although Henry had no idea how Maria knew that much about Adrian, he had a feeling the Goddess might have something to do with it. Either way, he was aware of Adrian's ability to turn invisible and erase his presence.
Using that knowledge to his advantage, Henry baited Adrian into attacking him to lock him up with the boss.
"Enjoy your time in there, Adrian Fenrir," Henry laughed, confident of his victory. "For it will be your final moments."
"You seem confident," Adrian scoffed once the initial shock wore off. "Have it crossed your mind that you gave me what I wanted?"
Hearing the bravado in Adrian's voice made Henry laugh maniacally. The super rookie might seem confident now, but it would all fade once he saw the creature he was up against.
