The early morning sunlight, soft and diffuse, gives way to the first strong rays of the day, the ones that bring true warmth. In this light, water evaporates in slow waves, waves that eddy in the gentle breeze, flowing upward to white-puffed clouds, ships of white in the blue above.
When Xiu Wanxue opened her eyes, she saw a huge white thing with big eyes near her. She hurried to dodge away and almost fell from the tree when she saw a strange, fluffy ball in front of her.
The fluffy white ball with big, round, light coral eyes was staring at her infuriated. It's short claws and light coral nails were moving back and forth as it roared.
"What are you doing?" Xiu Wanxue asked in shock.
"I caught this ball trying to do something." Wu Tianxiang held the white ball and put it in front of her face. His face in the morning was so white and moist that she suspected he used some products to moisturize his skin before she woke up.
